Our Mission is to provide sewer services in the safest and most cost effective manner possible while maintaining the quality of life along with the health and safety of our Rogue Valley customers.
Rogue Valley Sewer Services  (RVS) cares about water quality. RVS (formerly BCVSA)  was created by a vote of area residents in 1966 to help protect the health of our valley by solving problems of waste water disposal. A five-member elected board of directors sets policies and oversees operations. 

RVS provides sanitary sewer service to the cities of Jacksonville, Talent, Phoenix, Central Point and Eagle Point as well as some of the unincorporated areas of Jackson County, including White City.  Portions of West and North Medford are also served.  We have constructed over 400 individual sewer projects and directly provide service to over 27,700 businesses and households.  More than 72,000 people live in our service area.  RVS is part of the Regional sewer system along with the city of Medford.  Voters approved formation of RVS in August, 1966.  The City of Eagle Point was annexed effective September 8, 1998 with 85% voter approval.  The City of Central Point was annexed effective January 1, 2001 with 94% voter approval.  The City of Jacksonville voted to become part of RVS in May, 2005 with 97% voter approval.  The City of Phoenix voted to become part of RVS in May, 2006, with 96% voter approval.  We provide stormwater quality service to the cities of Phoenix, Talent, Central Point and some of the unincorporated area around these cities, including White City.
